How It Works - Booking
In order to book tickets successfully, passengers are required to follow the steps below:
Book a train ticket:
Search for Express or Inter-County Trains and input your travel details.
Pay for your ticket:
Pay the required amount with M-Pesa
Receive your booking confirmation:
You will receive an SMS and Email with your ticket details once payment is confirmed.
Present ticket to travel:
Arrive at the station at least 1 hour before departure with your original ID and ticket.
